I didn't think I was going to lease the vehicle that day, but I'm glad I did. My only concern is I selected 10,000 instead of 12,000 miles per year, which was hard to estimate so hopefully that won't be a problem. Other than that I am very satisfied with my decision and hope to purchase the vehicle at the end of the lease. More

The staff is outstanding, they are courteous , knowledgeable, and even caring . There is absolutely no pressure put on the customer at all. You tell them what you are looking for and they will find it for you. Our experience was truly great, we were greeted at the door by Ben Samtani with a smile and a handshake, introductions were made and we were asked if we wanted a beverage or a snack before we even got started. We said not rite now but he brought us bottled water anyway, how considerate is that !!. We proceeded to tell him we wanted a 2017 Elantra Limited at a certain lease price. Unfortunately this particular vehicle was not included in the special lease price we wanted. So Ben asked what options we truly wanted in the vehicle and proceeded to run down the list of options. We checked off what we really needed and it turned out we were able to get all we wanted in the SE model at the exact lease price we wanted to begin with. It is such a good feeling to not be pressured in any way when making such a large purchase. I wanted my wife to have a safe vehicle which is why we went with the Elantra. There are so many safety features like lane change warning, a great back up camera with a warning when another vehicle is coming across your path while backing up. We could go on and on but you get the message. Currently I own a 2015 Subaru Forester and if I decide to trade in Fitzgerald Auto Mall is where I will go for sure.
