I'm somewhat familiar with sales psychology and I feel that he did not try to play mind games or talk me in circles to get me to make a decision at any point. I'd highly recommend him and the rest of the crew at Fitzgerald to others looking for a vehicle. They wanted to ensure that the driver's side door handle was not affected by the recall, so they kept the car overnight, loaned me another '17 Elantra, and promptly delivered my car the next day at the time I specified. It feel like I was provided with luxury service at economy price. As far as the car, I have zero complaints. It's comfortable to drive, great on gas mileage and looks very slick. I'm looking forward to owning this car for years to come. Lastly, it feels rewarding to support the US assembly workers and automotive/control systems engineers that make this possible. More
