Jay explained all the features of the car and was definitely an expert about it even though it had just started appearing in the market. We took two test drives with him. He went the extra mile by quickly finding the type of Ioniq that we were most interested in and getting it to his dealership very fast. Along the way, Jay checked in with us to make sure we didn't have any other questions. We would highly recommend that people work with Jay if they need a car. Bob Muroff was the person who did our payment paperwork. For the first time when buying a car we did not feel pressured to buy any additional options. Bob explained each option and why we might want to purchase it, but it was in no way pushy (as in past experiences at other dealerships). We appreciated that style very much. More

However, the dealership was quite short of staff and Vince was already working with another buyer. We almost left to check out another dealership when Vincent circled back to help. It was helpful to look at and compare three vehicles in order to make final decision. The purchasing process was relatively short and easy. Because the dealership was closing, and we had to get to our next appointment, we were not able to fully review the functions of the vehicle. In addition to reading the manual, a follow up appointment to review the important functions of the vehicle would have been helpful. Overall, we had a very good experience at Fitzgerald Hyundai and with Vincent Cowan. More
