Ben set up an appointment for us, and had the vehicle in which we were interested moved to the Rockville dealership and ready for the test drive when we arrived. After the test drive, we were able to complete the purchase process in an hour and 45 minutes, which is probably a world record. We look forward to working with Ben when we purchase our next Hyundai. With each purchase I've found the staff, particularly Marcus, to be very attentive, knowledgeable about the product, and customer focused. Selection is good and if they don't have what you want, they'll find it in short order. With the exception of a few warranty items, they don't push the extras (and, quite frankly, with DC streets as they are I welcomed the opportunity to purchase extra protection for my tires). The service staff at Fitzgerald is excellent, as well. Gods willing, I won't need to go back for at least 5 more years but I will certainly recommend them to others. More
