This purchase was for my daughter who just relocated to Florida and needed a car. Kale worked very hard with her to get her in a car that was affordable for her as well as something she really like. My daughter drove off the lot very pleased as well as I for her. I am appreciative of the genuine caring he showed as well as an extremely friendly attitude. He made the purchase of this vehicle an enjoyable one for my daughter (I knew he would do no less than his very best due to previous experience with him). Mike Hendry was very tentative in returning my initial phone call before I ever walked on the lot. He was available right away when we arrived at the lot, and never once did I feel that I was pressured into a car sale or specific car. Very friendly and efficient service was provided. I felt like I was buying my car from people that truly wanted me to get the best deal possible. However, the customer service in the service department was less than excellent... insist on making an appointment before bringing your vehicle in for service. On the positive side, I was very pleased with the outcome of my window tinting. More
