After an introduction from previous customer, I was greeted at the door by Gary Peischi and introduced to the Manager Gordon Hatch, both of which acknowledged that my time was valuable and made the most of the 45 minute visit. I was impressed by the professionalism that was shown by both of these gentlemen. They had informed answers to my questions and helped me understand the value of the Hyundai brand. After only a few days I returned and purchased a 2015 Hyundai Genesis Coupe. The car was prepared with all of the add-on's that I had requested and was inside the showroom ready for delivery. During the paperwork process I had the pleasure of working with Debbie Greene that not only had several options packages for me to review, but gave helpful financial advise regarding these choices. I am VERY pleased with my experience with these 3 professionals and I look forward to continuing this level of customer service in the years to come. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to be treated as a person not as a number for the month end quota. More

Purchasing a Genesis 5.0 I was originally shopping for a Mercedes or BMW as I have previously owned both brands, Hyundai was not even on my radar as a possible product. I researched the Genesis and liked the features and performance of the vehicle and decided to purchase. I originally had a bad experience with a Hyundai Dealer in Tampa and decided to check out Fitzgerald's and was very pleased with the whole experience from the time I walked through the front door.
