We looked around and left to compare the prices with other dealerships in the area. I came back because they offer by far the best prices. We requested to speak to Chris extremely helpful and professional went above and beyond to find the car that I wanted it was a pleasure working with him. Awesome experience with an awesome staff After leaving another dealership very upset , I decided to pull into Fitzgerald. I spoke with the general sales manager Gordon Hatch first. He took the time to listen and said he would do whatever he could to help put me in a car. The next day I got a call from Debbie Greene, as a follow up to let me know they were working on something.( She is just the best !) This started on Sunday and by Thursday I was driving away in "my car". Kevin Jeffcoat also helped me with the process and all I can say about these 3 people is they are absolutely fantastic. They took a very negative situation and made it incredibly positive. Other dealerships should take a few lessons from this dealership,and these 3 individuals They have compassion and understanding.
