The salesman we worked with at Fitzgersalds, Adam Yazback, was tremendous. He immediately got us into a car to test drive as soon as we told him what we were looking for. We actually had no intention of buying a car that day. We had gone out to look at several brands but ended up buying a car and badically because Mr. Yazback didn't pressure us. He just seemed very genuine. That was important to us. Maybe he is good at reading people. It was a great experience for us and ee absolutely love our car. More

Day after Xmas party salesman First off, I went down the street today and bought a beautiful Audi TT convertible. I had my heart set on this lovely Genesis Coupe. Talked to Josh last night he said he had the day off and that I could see Wade at 11am. Now, I know why Josh had the day off because of the "Xmas Party" he attended last night. Within 10 minutes of being on your lot Wade had mentioned the party 3 to 4 times and NOTHING about selling a vehicle to me. I drove all the way from Hudson to come to this lot to buy a Genesis. How many dealerships are on US 19 ???The car was sold, no phone call, and Wade did not even ask me if I wanted to see another vehicle. Worst experience EVER. I will never use or recommend your dealership to anyone. Happy Audi owner. More
