After 3 years of waiting I got my dream vehicle. Philip Galotta was outstanding! He did not pressure us, took his time even though it was New Years Eve and made sure I got a great deal. Great price but not happy with deal We traded in our 2013 Santa Fe for a 2016 Santa Fe Sport. After making a deal we requested another color. Kevin was our salesman who we really liked d We traded in our 2013 Santa Fe for a 2016 Santa Fe Sport. After making a deal we requested another color. Kevin was our salesman who we really liked dealing with the first time and during this deal. He had the car we wanted there the next day. We noticed as we were ready to drive our new car off the lot that it did not have the trailer hitch like the other cars we had made a deal on. Mark was less than friendly when I went in to speak to him. Rather than make this holiday purchase a bad experience, I agreed to pay $350.00 out of pocket to have them install the hitch. We were not in a hurry to trade in and although we appreciated the quick response, the car was not the same. Mark called me a few days later after we called their main office only to agitate but trying explain we were not entitled to compensation. Mark was rude to Kevin in my presence and made our holiday Christmas eve purchase sour. We love our car and would go here again but not without making sure the deal was right upfront. My wife also requested the pinstripes be removed and after she left we noticed it wasnt buffed out. After making an appointment to have it detailed properly she waited am hour and a half with the car untouched. Based on the situation noted above it would have been expected to be taken care of as a priority. Overall Kevin and Debbie in finance were great on both purchases but Mark made our experience disappointing. More

Wade and Lee were wonderful and got the car I wanted (difficult to find that color in that style) the next day for almost the same price (lower than anywhere else I had seen in FL and I did A LOT of research). Wade stayed late so I could drive up from 3 hours away and get my car that day! The whole process was smooth and they didn't try to discourage me from using my own financing or anything. I was in and out in about 2.5 hours. More
