16 Hyundai Sonata "I turned in a '13 Sonata Limited turbo which I leased replacing it with a '16 Sonata sport which I am also leasing. Turn in process and new car repla "I turned in a '13 Sonata Limited turbo which I leased replacing it with a '16 Sonata sport which I am also leasing. Turn in process and new car replacement all went smoothly at the dealer. Wish I could have kept the '13 because I really liked it. New car is nice but not as many bells and whistles as the old car. Some features on the '13 I will miss but decided I should cut back on the price on the '16 and do without some of the ""goodies"" -namely navigation, turbo, all leather seats. I turned 80 in December and my driving has become mostly local trips hence, hard to justify some of the old extras I had in the '13. After having the new car for awhile longer I am sure it will fit the bill just fine and I will be happy with it." More

A less painful car buying experience I hate buying cars. I think it is the worst. efficient,professional & fast! I spent about a month or so doing general car research until I finally settled on a CPO Hyundai Sonata. I plugged in all of my requirements and Fitz, I spent about a month or so doing general car research until I finally settled on a CPO Hyundai Sonata. I plugged in all of my requirements and Fitz, week after week had the best inventory and value. I submitted an online inquiry, and within minutes Jim Gass emailed me happy to assist. I made an appointment to come in person, and upon arrival Jim had my car of choice pulled up at the front of the dealership. Throughout the process he was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I worked w Debbie regarding the finances and she got me right where I needed to be as far as payment. I truly couldn't be happier. I was in and out of Fitz within 3 hours! I am completely confident in my new purchase, and was beyond impressed with the service I received! thanks Fitz!! More
