Car buying is one of the worst things to do as it is time consuming and very exhausting, but everyone at Fitzgerald Hyundai was so pleasant and wonderful to work with. I had multiple associates come up and ask me if I needed anything and I was not there all day like most car dealerships. I highly Recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car you wont regret it. More

Exceptional Service We could not believe the wonderful attention that we received from several employees at Fitz Auto Mall. They all made us feel like a VIPs. David War We could not believe the wonderful attention that we received from several employees at Fitz Auto Mall. They all made us feel like a VIPs. David Warner was exceptional in helping us decide on our new car. He was extremely knowledgeable and made the purchase easy. We were very stressed because of needing a car immediately and having very little time. We talked with several companies over the phone to gain information so we could decide who to go with and make the deal when we came in as quickly as possible. It was amazing how superior the service was from David. WE talked with him several times and he answered all of our questions and made us feel so comfortable that we forgot about all the other companies. Alvin was also exceptional in the way that he handled us with all the paperwork. He was very patient with us and made sure that we understood all the paperwork. I have already recommended Fitz Auto Mall to a few of my friends that will be looking for a car in the near future. More

Incredible customer service I felt it was my job to make sure our agent was mentioned in this post. Bruce Forte is one in a million! He very patiently explained the buying/leasin I felt it was my job to make sure our agent was mentioned in this post. Bruce Forte is one in a million! He very patiently explained the buying/leasing options available and made sure we were able to get into the car we both decided we needed. He is personable, knowledgeable, and a wonderful addition to any organization that provides A+ customer service! Albert Marquez is amazingly quick and knows his job well. I wish I could say the same for the people responsible for detailing the car. We both noticed that the dash and other areas were not dusted or wiped down and we waited a very long time before we were able to go along our way. Anyway, we love our new car and we are both in awe of our experience and of Bruce! We will be doing business there again in the future! Thank you, Bruce! More
