Everything from the way I was first greeted by my salesperson, LIzandra, to the way the finance team helped me and the service team serviced my car (just some add on features on my end) the whole entire experience was pleasant (and how often can you say that about buying/financing a car?? - you should be able to say that, but, honestly, is it always smooth sailing?? No, and I know from first-hand experience....I've been to other dealers where I've cringed from the moment I walked onto the lot and a salesperson pounced on me eager to make that sale, and then felt like I was being squeezed as I endured the whole price negotiating phase of the deal and then became frustrated when I got called to the finance office to find that they wanted to haggle some more or add on lots of features). Let your experience be a pleasant one too. That's what we, the consumer deserve, after all, if you CHOOSE to spend your money on a car, the dealer should greet you and service you with welcome arms (they benefit by securing the sale, and, we, as the consumer, benefit, by receiving the car we want, at a good price, in an environment that appreciates our business).
