Great experience I was impressed with Leandra's greeting. She asked if she could help me find someone, not the usual how can I help you. She was not pushy at all, wa I was impressed with Leandra's greeting. She asked if she could help me find someone, not the usual how can I help you. She was not pushy at all, was easy to talk with, and was very knowledgeable. She showed opened up several models of the Tucson in the show room and let me test the different seat configurations to evaluate the cargo space and ability to handle dimensional lumber, which was very important to me. I had several colors i wanted to see and she found cars on the lot so that I could see them in the sunlight, which made the decision easy. I settled on the SE plus, and she and the dealer were able to find one in Orlando and I was able to pick it up the next day, washed, with a full tank of gas. They had already transferred my plate, and had all the paper work ready to go. Leandra then spent about a half hour setting up the safety features and reviewing the bluetooth, bluelink, navigation, safety features and other menu items. It was a very pleasant experience. More
