great experience buying a new car for my Mom visited Fitzgerald Clearwater to see about getting a car for my 86 y/old mom. This was her first EVER car purchase and the team at Fitzgerald made it visited Fitzgerald Clearwater to see about getting a car for my 86 y/old mom. This was her first EVER car purchase and the team at Fitzgerald made it so easy. We went in thinking about a Sonata and left with an Elantra after Mom felt it to be more her style. The whole process from start to finish was around 3 hours. Maurice Galla was patient and very easy to work with. He answered all our questions and offered great information and incentives we were unaware of. (I am a Hyundai owner and there is a discount for brand loyalty). Debbie helped us in financing and was efficient and easy to work with. I will absolutely recommend Fitzgerald Clearwater Hyundai, as it was by far the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Mom loves her Elantra and enjoys the freedom and comfort it affords her. More

The sales staff was outstanding, particularly Robert White and Albert Marquez. Both associates displayed high standards of professional behavior; polite and patient with answering questions as well as, displaying a strong knowledge of the Hyundai product line - they certainly provided excellent customer service. Given my experience and satisfaction, I have enthusiastically recommended Fitzgerald Hyundai to at least a dozen people in the few weeks that I have had my new Santa Fe Sport. Previously, I was a die hard Chevy owner, however, Fitzgerald Hyundai has a new convert due to the great buying experience I had. Thank you! More

The salesman Ken Logan and the Sales Manager John who gave me a very fair value for my trade to the finance manager Alvin Klasi was the best and easiest experience. They all wanted to make sure that I was in the right car and got everything I needed. I did not feel pressured to purchase one vehicle over another nor was I pressured to purchase any warranty or insurance for the used car I decided on. Thank you again for making the process so easy. And because it was raining and they couldnt clean the car like they do when it is dry, they topped off my fuel tank and sent me off with a full tank of gas. (Added bonus by the way, but happy just the same) I will definitely use this dealership again and recommend it to anyone who is looking for a great used car. Thank you all again so much for everything you did to get my in my new vehicle!!!!!! More
