Great Experience I am elderly, and my representative, Mr. Maurice Galla was very patient, and took time with me to understand exactly what I wanted in a car. He made excellent suggestions, and in a short time I was able to pick the car I wanted and the business transaction was underway. My appointment was on a Sunday afternoon at 2 p.m. and I was home with my new car by 5:30 p.m. I did feel a little rushed in the business office, signing papers, but it was understandable because of the time - late on a Sunday afternoon. Everyone was very courteous and the car was given to me in beautiful condition. Regarding the Blue Tooth and Sirius and navigation systems, I really don't remember whether or not Mr. Galla explained them to me; he probably did, but I can't recall specifically. There is no place in this survery for "do not remember." A few days after my purchase, they took in my car for the promised window tinting, door guards, and a coating to protect the paint. I was driven home in a van and picked up later that day back to the dealership to pick up my car. Beautiful service, great job. Thank you. More
