They were 200 miles from where we live, so face-to-face meetings were difficult. With two phones calls, they found the car we wanted with a price that was thousands lower than the local dealers. The deal was done in record time. But the best was yet to come. The experience of meeting the team at Fitzgerald and picking up the car was most memorable. Everyone we met was friendly, professional, courteous, and generous with their time. When we arrived at the dealership, our car was waiting out front, fully detailed and ready to go. It took less than 30 minutes to complete the paperwork, thanks to their well tuned process. Our salesman, Bill Douglass, then spent the next hour going over each feature in the SUV, explaining every control, pointing out the new technology in the dashboard and under the hood, even identifying the location of each storage compartment. So well, in fact, that while waiting in the customer lounge I became a little apprehensive about how things would happen when called after the car was ready. No surprises, no runarounds, no excuses, no scams. I've been in twice for regular checkups for our Genesis and they do what they say and they don't take forever to do it right the first time. They even have a big display showing how some dealerships work unethical deals. Amazing. My Dad sold cars and every trick in the book is displayed on their exhibit.
