I cannot tell you how helpful Gary was and how easy to talk to he was. I have recommended him to many of my friends. As far as the dealership, Fitzway is the best way to shop for a vehicle. Hyundai Corporation USA has advertized through their website and through their brochures a vihicle both in 2011 and 2012 that clear is NOT availble in all the continental states. Hyundai Corporation USA has advertized through their website and through their brochures a vehicle both in 2011 and 2012 that clearly is NOT available in “all” the continental United States, the Santa Fe SE AWD. Yet nowhere and I mean nowhere, does Hyundai Corp specify with a foot note, or in any other way that this vehicle is sold only up in the Northern states, and not in Florida, and that Dealers do not have this vehicle available in their lots in the entire state of Florida. I contacted both in 2011 and 2012 all the local dealerships in the Tampa metropolitan area, and even contacted dealers located close to where this vehicle is assemble at the Hyundai Motor Manufacturing plant in Alabama. None, absolutely none said they had this vehicle and none said they could get it for me. Except, one dealership, Fitzgerald Clearwater Hyundai. They were able through one of their Northern dealerships in the Washington DC area, to deliver this car to me in Florida. Fitzgerald in Clearwater is courteous, friendly and professional, and I am glad they were there to help me obtain this car before giving up and buying something else. More

He was just wonderful. I received the top Kelly Blue Book, Edmunds, etc. trade-in value for my previous car (which I had checked from those sources before going to the dealership). The deal I got on the new car was considerably better than quotes I had from two other local dealers. When I got to the finance office, Debbie was another gem. She was funny, vibrant and very efficient at her job. She went over every detail I asked about, and did not pressure me to purchase any add-ons I was not interested in. After I purchased the car, a 2012 Sonata SE turbo, I received several follow-up calls to set up an appointment for window tinting and to check on my satisfaction. I traded in my third successive Saturn, a 2008 Aura (a great car!), and I had always appreciated the no-haggle, priced-as-is shopping experience that Saturn dealers provided. Like the Saturn dealership sales model, Fitzgerald's sales staff do not work on commission but receive a flat rate per sale. I have to say that Fitzgerald Hyundai matched in every way my previous experience with Saturn. I highly recommend this dealer to prospective customers. More

I had been reading about the Elantra and thought it might be a good fit for me--and I loved the car on sight. more important--my sales person--Leslie Gray--was very easy to deal with and even found me a car in less than 2 days. She made me feel at ease and comfortable with the car and the process and was able to gauge the areas in which I had an interest and those in which I did not. She and the rest of the staff were able to expedite the lease process so that I was able to leave with the new car before the old lease had expired. I was doubly glad to deal with Fitzgerald because they made me feel as if my business was important to them--in spite of the fact that the Elantra had been garnering all sorts of awards and great reviews--while my Honda dealership--from whom I had leased 2 cars and who had serviced them over 5-1/2 years--treated me almost as an unwelcome customer and used high pressure tactics to get me to re-sign.
