Refused to resolve what initially was a simple issue (tire pressure sensor that they failed to identify as faulty). BBB complaint filed and they even refused to work through resolution with them. Hyundai America was ultimately contacted by me, and they responded that this dealership will be addressed (the entire thread of the BBB complaint through closing was included to them). My entire experience of buying my 2012 Genesis at Fitzgerald Clearwater Hyundai was tremendous. Internet Sales Associate, Gary Peischl, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful from my initial correspondence up through to the point of my driving away in my new car from the dealership. I have purchased a slew of vehicles over the past 35 years and Gary was the best sales person I have ever dealt with. I flew over to Clearwater from West Pam Beach because of the Fitzway of selling cars. Gary picked me up from the airport. That is what I call super service!! After Gary and I arrived at the dealership, the Sales Manager came over to me right away and welcomed me to the dealership. The finance person, Debbie, was tremendous in getting all my paperwork done expediently. Debbie was fun and has a superior work ethic.
