I Have been looking to buy a new car for several months and hadn't come across anything online that had peaked my interest yet. On 01/09/13 I was searching Hyundai under google and FITZMALL link showed up. and hadn't come across anything online that had peaked my interest yet. On 01/09/13 I was searching Hyundai under google and FITZMALL link showed up. I clicked on the link and the website was very easy to use. I searched for a 2013 Hyundai Elantra and was able to find the exact models I was looking for with all the great prices posted. Some sites post 1 or 2 prices with call dealer for most prices which defeats the purpose of online shopping. But not FITZMALL, everything is there. I called FITZMALL and talked to a great salesman by the name of Lenny. He confirmed everything on the Internet and told me he would have that car ready for me to test drive that afternoon. It was great to show up to the dealer with all the low prices posted in all the windows of the vehicles exactly the way they were on the Internet. Lenny had the car ready for me and my daughter to test drive when we got there. After we. Test drove the car we wandered around the lot looking at some of the other Elantras with no pressure to buy. We told Lenny we wanted to buy the Elantra we test drove. We went inside and Lenny filled out the paperwork he took it to the manager and came back 1 minute later to tell us we had a deal. Me and my daughter were in shock, it was the easiest auto purchase in my life. No pressure and maybe 15 minutes to fill out the paperwork to confirmed deal, awesome. After the deal we went into Debbie's office to finish the paperwork. I had already had financing elsewhere prepared but Debbie didn't give up on me. She worked all the numbers and came up with better financing for me. She could have let go with my own financing, but she did her magic and came up with a better deal. Thanks Mr. Fitzgerald the Fitzgerald method is great. No pressure, low prices, easiest and greatest auto buying experience ever. Thanks again to 2 great employees, Lenny and Debbie for making my car buying experience awesome. I will be telling everybody about FITZMALL !!! More

He went out of his way to help us make the arrangements for our trade and worked with Debbie the finance manager to facilitate getting a duplicate title because we'd lost the original. Debbie worked very hard to beat the finance deal that our credit union had pre-approved for us and definitely succeeded! She explained various additional value adds and worked with us, without pressuring us to select the package that best suited our needs. This dealer definitely lives up to their reputation as a "no hassle" dealer. I strongly urge any car buyer who's ever been held hostage by some bubba dealer in a big hat, to give Fitzgerald Hyundai a shot. You won't be sorry, even if you don't do a deal. By the way, their no hassle price was less than the Edmonds true market value for the vehicle we actually purchased. By the way, Adam followed up on our Santa Fe purchase and indicated that he'd be more than willing to answer any questions. He remembered and made sure I got the car at the price I could afford on my birthday. It was important to me to experience an excellent repore with the sales staff at the dealership. My initial staff encounter was courteous and not 'pushy'. The sales person, Curt Parson, was attentive to what I was looking for in a new automobile. At first, I was interested in a coupe, like the new Elantra; of course there was a beautiful Genesis coupe in the showroom. Curt was kind enough to point out the special incentives being offered on the 2013 Sonata Limited. Again, his approach was not pushy, nor aggressive. I believe that Curt understood what I was looking for, but made certain that also knew of a possible alternative that met my automobile requirements. I did not know that I could get more car for the money buying a Sonata than the Elantra. Of course, the, Curt had to satisfy several of my requirements, the main ones being a car that is white and did not have a solid gray or black interior. He clearly understood me, and as if reading my mind, he showed me a Sonata that, not only was, white, but had the beige leather seats with the black trim. An outstanding showing! I test drove the car on Sunday and was quite impressed. Curt spent a good deal of positive time working with me to insure that I understood the Sonata and that it would prove to be an good investment. Sunday evening and night had my mind directed entirely on this car. On Monday (12/31/2012), I called Curt to thank him for everything that he had done on the previous day. I then asked him to get prepared to write a deal on that car. I was on my way to dealership. The entire time that I was at the dealership, Curt continued to keep me informed of each step and status of the closing process. He also took, what I felt was 'the extra mile time' with me to sit in the showroom model and go over all the features of the car. He even gave me a 'tour' of the other areas of the dealership. After the closing was complete, we went to my new Sonata, reviewed it's features, paired up my cellphone to the Bluetooth and insured that worked properly. Since the closing, Curt has made follow-up calls to make certain that all is good with me and the new car. I have had some minor questions that he was able to readily answer. More
