He allowed us to take our time and examine every alternative. We had done our research and knew that we had found an honest and knowledgeable salesman. When it came down to negotiating, he was very professional and used none of the pressure you usually experience at an auto dealership. Debbie Greene was the best finance person we have ever dealt with. She is a great asset to Fitzgerald Hyundai. Debbie helped us through the maze of paperwork and financing options available. It was a pleasure to work with someone with such extensive experience and expertise. We really appreciated the time she took to help us. This was our second Hyundai Sonata. We had bought our first one in New England but moved to Tampa shortly after. The Service Department at Fitzgerald is top notch and was another reason for coming in to buy our second Sonata here. It is refreshing to walk into a dealership and not get a sick feeling especially being a woman. I don't like other dealerships where the salesperson runs to the manager. Lenny did a good job. During the course of the sale, which was only 2 days he stayed in touch with me promptly via text messaging, which was prefarrable for me. Not once did I feel like a number or a commodity, so I continued to work with him. Of the 5 Hyundai dealers I contacted, he was only one of two who followed up with me right away with a phone call. Lenny did a very good job at listening to what I wanted, and did not try to steer me into something I did not want; even though I believe his manager urged him to dissuade me from wanting a car that was on another dealers lot in GA. I would recommend Lenny to a friend if I had the opportunity. Aside from Lenny though, Fitzgerald Hyundai did not stand out from the crowd. There was no selling point, or reason why I would buy another car from Fitzgerald specifically as there was no unique feeling or business action in place that made the dealership special. More

Our experience at Fitzgeralds was the best car buying experience that we have ever had. We actually dreaded buying a new car and having to face the ordeal of the the salesman running back and forth to experience that we have ever had. Well I can tell you that none of this goes on at Fitzgeralds in Clearwater, Florida. Mr. Lenny Quiros was our salesman and he was the ultimate professional. We felt no pressure and he explained how the prices were and we already knew they were good! He got us through the whole process and I have to say it was pleasureable, a feeling that my husband and I have never felt at a car dealer! Our trip to finance was just as amazing, Debbie Greene is like no finance manager I have ever seen. She actually helped us get our interest rate lower and the monthly payment was right on target. She too like Lenny were so friendly and the no pressure approach was greatly appreciated.
