Lastly, not one time did he ask for me to do a survey or even mention it, which I found rewarding. My experience there started out a little strange and then took off in the right direction. When I met Lenny things started coming together for the first time since I had started searching for a car. To begin with my wife died on 3/13/2013. The vehicle I had bought for her had too many memories so I traded it in for a new car. I went immediately to Vadim. He was compassionate, concerned, and still very supportive and competent in understanding why I needed to trade in my wife's car. After that and knowing that I was incapable of comparing one vehicle to another I trusted Vadim to make the choice for me. An interesting side note is that my daughter was concerned about my decision making ability while still in mourning .She called me on my cell phone to check on me. When I told her I was with "V" she said "good Job, follow his advice". So you can see that Vadim is now our personal consultant when car shopping for our self and he is the person we will recommend to others as an excellent salesman working for an excellent dealership, The Santa Fe that Vadim recommended has exceeded my expectations and he has my heartfelt thanks. However it would be inappropriate to close without also mentioning Jack Broome, As always he was attentive without being intrusive. He understood that my brain injury needed additional time to absorb and digest the mountain of information I had just acquired.
