He allowed us to ask questions and really seemed to care about what our needs were. The "low price" sticker in the window made shopping extremely easy. We did not negotiate a price as the price marked was already cheaper than the other other surrounding dealers. The paperwork went smoothly. The staff at the dealership made our children feel welcomed, as they watched the television as we completed our paperwork. Mike had called me a couple of times to check and see how I am doing with my new car. He wanted to make sure everything was OK. He also set up my service appointment to have the protective coating added to the paint, tinted window, etching on the windows and lo-jack installed. I dropped the car off this morning and the service team was very friendly and had my loaner car ready for me. I am on my second Hyundai Sante Fe from Fitzgerald Auto Mall, and I will most likely go back for more. I recently had an issue with my starter which was intermitent. This occured on a holiday weekend and they could easily have brushed it off as unable to duplicate or something but they stuck with it and found the problem. These are good people you can trust.
