I have purchased two vehicles from Fitzgerald Hyundai (2011 & 2013 Sonata) and it has been an overall good experience. EXCELLENT SERVICE My second car I purchased a couple weeks ago on May 28th. I am very happy with my new car however not very impressed with the sales rep. The process felt rushed, I didn't feel as informed as I was during my prior purchase. I literally had to review the paper at home, where I found some discrepancies which I brought up to my Sales Rep. who should be fixing said issues. The Sales Rep. is a very nice person; he just needs to slow it down a notch a handle the customers concerns in a more detailed manner. Most dealers have a couple of cars that THEY want to sell to you. If you're not interested, then you leave. Natalie, however, was more than willing to grab the keys for any car on the lot that I wanted to try out. She had a customer comment hung on the wall at her desk comparing her to the Energizer bunny. I'd have to say I completely agree.
