Alls I had to do is sign and go.The financing department was great also. They didn't try pushing any extras on me that i didn't want. They went over the paper work real thoroughly with me.They had all the paper work ready for me to sign. The whole experience was just spectacular. I would give this firm and employee Phil Galotta a ten (10) if that were the rating system. (0 to 10) He was attentive, polite, friendly, and knowledgable about the cars and purchase requirements. He was willing to show us and describe purchase of any car we asked about. He was helpful in steering us to the service dept. when we had a trouble while driving the car after purchase. The problem turned out to be, apparently, our error in moving the gear shift to the left unknowingly. He arranged for a good trade in and at no time was there ever a question not answered. He told us everything we needed to learn about the car and activated the Bluetooth service for us. He could not have been more helpful and attentive. It was a pleasure working with Phil Galotta.
