I was considering the Elantra GT from another dealership but thought the price they offered was awful. I felt like they beat me down from every angle and was pressured to get a deal done. That feeling drove me away from their dealership and straight toward Fitzgerald's Auto Mall. I knew they offered a no-haggle price, which is exactly what I wanted. My salesman, Joe Sullivan, was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and direct. The amount offered on my trade was more than the previous dealership, the price was better than the other dealership, and they even got me a better interest rate than the other dealership. The entire buying experience was stress-free and probably the most pleasant car purchase I have ever had! I will definitely be back to purchase my next Hyundai in a few years...that is a guarantee! Overall, our experience was acceptable. However, as we sit back and look at the car now, we realize that we are stuck with a 3 year lease for a car we are not satisfied with. A great deal of the blame lies with us for not picking up on everything he said. We really didn't care if our car was the "cheapest" or not, which it turned out to be. We have NEVER purchased anything just because it was cheap. We traded in a 2011 Sonata with more bells and whistles than what we got in a 2013. We are not satisfied at all, but realize that we are stuck with the car for 3 years. More

While there he was very helpful even though I couldn't drive the car I was interested in. He also wasn't pushy like so many other salesmen I have dealt with in the past. Yesterday I finally decided to purchase a car and instead of going back to Fitzgerald to see V, I went through Truecar.com and went to the dealership they recommended. When I arrived at the other dealership and met their salesman he told me that they didn't have what I wanted there. They went so far as to have the General Mgr., try to get me to purchase something I didn't want, and then have a Hyundai Rep. tell me that I couldn't get that car and if I did, I would pay sticker plus. I left a little pissed. I then called around to see if there were actually another dealership that had the car, then just gave up and called V. Calling V was what I should have done in the first place. He came in on his day off and took the time to get with his Sales Mgr and find the exact car I wanted. Not only did they find the exact car, I paid only $200 above invoice only because they had to pay someone to go get it from another dealership. V was straight with me from moment one about everything. I received a good price on my trade and it was the best and easiest car buying experience I have ever had. If you ever want to buy from a great dealership, I would highly recommend Fitzgearld Hyundai in Clearwater! More

I had a recording of the noises that the dealership could not replicate over the last 3 times I took it in for swervice. It still makes a VERY loud A/C noise. On line blogs and Hyundai discussion threads have dozens of people wiith the same problem. They have been saying that the A/C expansion valve should fix the issue. I also saw a replication on You tube of the same noise in the same model car as mine. Allthough other models also have the issue. I played my recording to the service adviser. She heard it. later she came back to me and said that the noise was easily replicated by the technician... I should have known it was wrong. They said it was the AC filter that wasn't pushed in all the way and vibrating. By the way they were also selling me a new filter! I said OK and paid for the filter. On the way home the noise happened again. I was disappointed to say the least. I called back and I was asked when I would like to bring it in. I said earlier this morning! We all work and it is inconvenience thats why I made a recording of the noise that nonne heard ever though it was listened to. I understand that they cant just replace things without knowing whats going on, but to ignore my recording and the youtube videos and the discussion thread was not good. I am going back in tomorrow and the noise has happened 3 times since then. I hope someone tries harder this time. They have all been very nice but I felt like I was going through a system and not being helped. The dealership is a good one and they are efficient but I I hope they get this done this time the RIGHT WAY. More
