When I went there I was convinced I would be leaving with the Sonata, but Adam suggested I try out the Elantra. After test driving the Elantra I was sold! Not to mention all of the great features that it came with. Everyone was very friendly and I didn’t feel pressured or pushed at all. Started as a routine repair on our 2010 Hyundai Accent. Started as a routine repair on our 2010 Hyundai Accent. We were escorted to the comfortable waiting area by Anthony Lackey, Service Consultant. While enjoying the comforts of the waiting room, Mr. Lackey made a special trip over to explain in person the repairs needed on our car. We agreed to the repairs and continue to relax in this comfortable waiting area.in the showroom Then, my wife and I, made the acquaintance of Mark Silver (Sales Manager), asking us if we needed any help. He was Very friendly and professional. We got talking about how we would like to get a new car someday, but we still were making payments on our present car, and wasn't sure if we would even be eligible to purchase a new car. Mr. Silver said he could try to help us out if we were really interested in purchasing a new car. In no way, shape, or form was there any pressure to buy a car by Mr. Silver. My wife and I agreed to start the purchasing procedure. At this time, Mr. Silver introduced us to Kevin Jeffcoat, (Sales Associate). Mr. Jeffcoat was very pleasant, professional, and made us feel very welcomed and comfortable, (Which we wanted). We completed the paperwork and Mr Silver and Mr. Jeffcoat physically walked over to the repair shop to appraise our Accent. Upon returning, Mr Jeffcoat said he would have to try to contact Hyundai Motor Finance and would contact us at home, (because our car was finished being repaired and we were already there for a few hours). My wife and I drove our newly repaired Accent home, and to our great surprise, we had a message waiting for us on our telephone from Mr. Jeffcoat. He said that he had some exciting news and if we could come back to the dealership. Without hesitation, we got back in our car and drove back to the Fitzgerald dealership. We were greeted by Finance Director, Debbie Greene, and asked if we were the Williams. Right away we said "Yes were are". Ms. Greene was very pleasant and explained that she got us a great deal from Hyundai Motor Finance. The great news made my wife tear up in joy. Ms. Greene was so comforting and down to earth, we felt like we knew her for years. We were able to purchase a better car than we could ever expect. In a nutshell, my wife and I moved down to Florida around eight months ago to be close to our children and grandson. My wife has end stage kidney disease and is on Kidney Dialysis. Our credit is not the greatest and we didn't think we would even qualify for any car, let alone, an upgraded model from the present car we owned. The entire experience was pleasant and non-stressful. Mark Silver, Kevin Jeffcoat, and Debbie Greene were fantastic and made us feel like we were someone special, not just another customer. The Fitzgerald experience of purchasing a car was none like we ever experienced before. My wife and I felt special, valued, and welcomed. We will definitely recommend this dealership to other potential buyers because of the streamlined purchasing process and the very human element that the staff provided us. By the way, I forgot to mention, we are now proud owners of a new 2014 Hyundai Sonata GLS. Also, a side note, When Mr. Jeffcoat brought to us the Sonata for a test drive, it was the very color that we wanted and loved it immediately. The test drive with Mr. Jeffcoat sold us... I was nervous at first because I didn't have any experience or knowledge. That didn't matter. The guys at Fitzgerald Hyundai streamlined the process and they made me feel comfortable every step of the way. The "Fitz Way" is the best way to go. In three years, I'll be back.
