We told him about how my previous car wasn't working out for me seeing how it was used and he helped to find a car to my liking and he did. he explained about all the warranties and how the price was set and he crunched the numbers to make it even sweeter. we told him we'd come back after looking at other dealers and they all could not come close to Sean. we came back and we made the deal for a 2014 veloster and Sean gave me a wonderful deal. his manager Mark, and sales associate Aaron crunched the number for us and set up a payment plan. unfortunately i had to go to work so we could not finish our deal. we came then next day to finish signing the paperwork and it was Sean's day off. He came in on his day off to make sure we were happy with the deal, which we were really appreciative of him. with workers like him i would definitely do business with him in the future. More

No sooner did we get out of the car and a gentleman by the name of George Thomas, was so welcoming with a big smile. He immediately made me feel comfortable which helped because I didn't know where to start. He asked very appropriate questions, and just by my responses, led me to the perfect car,(hyundai sonata). To make a long wonderful story and experience short, I bought the car. Finally!! A dealership that helped me get into a new car!! I was recommended to Fitzgerald Clearwater Hyundai by a friend who had a good experience with them. I reached out to them via email first. See, I had a used car, that was pretty much a lemon, and had been to dealership after dealership only to be turned away or to have me make the drive there for them to tell me that there was nothing they could do. So, I emailed Fitzgerald Clearwater Hyundai first and received an immediate response back from their Finance Director, Debbie Greene. She stated that if she couldn't help me, no one could. I had a good feeling about her and how she addressed all my concerns when I called her. I made an appointment for 10am this morning. Went in, met Debbie, and the Sales Associate, she had working with me, Adam. Between the two of them and several anxious hours later, I drove off the lot in a brand new 2014 Hyundai Sonata, with a payment I can afford! I have been smiling from ear to ear since I drove off the lot. I love my new car and I love that Debbie went above and beyond in finding a lender that would work with me and my situation. Adam was great in explaining everything about the car to me, helping me with the paperwork, etc. I am so grateful to have met such a great team!
