I walked in looking for a sales consultant and was greated by a sales manager mr m. Hicks. He asked if he could help me with anything I said yes I would like to take a test drive in an accent. He said to me that we closed at five and that would not be possible, but that I can gladly leave my name and number and some one will call and schedule an appointment. I responded with well why would i wait for you instead of going to Hyundai of new port richey. Hey said well nothing we'll nothing. The time is about 5:05 maybe 5:07 at the same time I noticed the same sales consultant who walked by my wife and I several times when we visited the lot two nights earlier. So I brought that to mr hicks attention so he said we'll walk out side with me while I do an appraisal and let's talk about what happened a couple of nights before. So I proceeded to express my disern with tithe sales consultant and the fact that I was being denied a test drive to see if my wife likes the drive as we'll as the looks and if she likes the drive we would have completed a purchase. But mr hicks found it very amusing to patronize me. So I called him a boarder line xxx then with a smile he patronize more so I told me wife let's go. My wife has a co worker who just purchased a vehicle from another Hyundai store two weeks ago because of poor treatment from this store. I took a chance thinking it was an isolated case I stand corrected. I dont understand a sales manager who would tell a potential client that we are closed less than five minutes ago so come back. Now remember I said that he needed to appraise a vehicle so it wasn't like they had completed all business for the evening and was locking the doors to go home. More

unexpectedly fun and wonderful experience My husband pushed me to get a new car -- I had my old Nissan for 16 years. I bought it new and still loved it, even though rusted out and had problems My husband pushed me to get a new car -- I had my old Nissan for 16 years. I bought it new and still loved it, even though rusted out and had problems. So I was a VERY reluctant shopper! Phil was my salesperson and was EXTREMELY helpful since I had some unusual requests concerning my posture as I sit in the car. I am an old ballet dancer and have very good posture. So many cars manufactures make seats designed for slump posture and I don't sit like that -- so my comfort was top priority. Phil was so helpful in finding a model that really suited me. He even found me a Sonata that was a 2014 that was on sale -- that model and year really was perfect for me! The next day when I came buy for a test drive, he had found the same year model that was $1000 less then the ones I had looked at late the evening before -- wow! Phil was very friendly and patient with me during the test drive. He also was great in explaining the safety features and "bells and whistles" of the car I was choosing. Obviously I don't get new cars often, so I was anxious about the whole process, but Phil made everything smooth, enjoyable -- and even fun! I did buy the Sonata and am very happy with it! Robert was also great during the financing process, listening to all my concerns and finding creative ways to make everything affordable for me. 5 stars all around! P.S. I knew nothing about Hyundai previous to this shopping experience, so had no expectations -- I had seriously considered getting another Nissan, but the prices and styles I saw at Nissan didn't compare to the Hyundai More
