He provided excellent assistance in finding the right car with the features I wanted. I trust him to give me the best possible deal. I would recommend Curt and the Fitzgerald dealership very highly. Aaron with the finance department made the usual paperwork as painless as possible and made sure I got the best financing. More
Great experience Can't say enough about my wonderful experience with the people at Fitzgerald, especially George. I tested cars until I found just the right one for me Can't say enough about my wonderful experience with the people at Fitzgerald, especially George. I tested cars until I found just the right one for me. George was patient and professional, courteous and easy. I was actually able to listen to my own thoughts, remain clear headed and not worry about defending my decisions. Its nice to know there is someplace to go when I'm shopping again for a car. Thanks everyone at Fitzgerald Hyundai Clearwater! More

Everything was excellent until I tried to get a paper title. George Sprague the salesman was excellent. The used car I love and paid cash on the same day has worked out well. Wasn't crazy about having to buy y George Sprague the salesman was excellent. The used car I love and paid cash on the same day has worked out well. Wasn't crazy about having to buy yet another plate rather than get a 30 day tag but they worked with me on the $300 fee to make the deal. Drove the car home and all was well for two weeks until I tried to get the paper title mailed to me. Somehow Fidelity Bank had put a Lien on my electronic title even tho' there was never any financing. I found out who had the lien by going to the local title/plate office and she looked it up on their computer. The title clerk was not pleased either and was extra helpful. Emailed the dealership but even tho' acknowledged never got back with me. I went online and found the phone number of Fidelity loans in Atlanta, GA and after 20 minutes and a call back the lady told me it was definately in error and where to send documentation via FAX. So I faxed them the lien removal State form filled out by the clerk for me, sales agreement, cancelled large check dated 10/22/14 and a letter requesting release of that lien. I checked on line with DMV and sure enough 3 work days later the title was paper but "missing". I waited patiently and today Dec 4, 2014 it came in the mail. No idea if the Bank or Dealership paid the $2.50 for the printed title but I never heard a word from Finance Guy at Fitzgerald who did all the paper work. I assume the Bank paid it and sent them a stern email for making them look bad? Moral to the story. Make sure you check the status of your title on line at DMV a couple weeks after you seal the cash deal. You might find a lien sitting on your electronic title keeping you from selling/trading it. I would have gone years without knowing this lien existed when I go to resell or trade this car otherwise. Ugly thought. Not impressed. Was there a loan rebate involved? I'll never know. I'm still not pleased that no one from Fitzgerald stepped up to rectify their error and I had to do it myself. More
Best car buying experience with Philip Galotta I was in a hit and run accident and needed a new car. My husband and I were excited at the prospect of a new car, but dreading the car buying experien I was in a hit and run accident and needed a new car. My husband and I were excited at the prospect of a new car, but dreading the car buying experience. We went to the Honda dealership in Palm Harbor and the salesman was very overbearing. He explained everything about the car in detail, which was fantastic, but he didn't even give us the opportunity to touch anything in the car and experience it for ourselves. It wasn't an enjoyable experience at all and the whole time he kept pushing the sale and trying to glean more information from us, including our social security numbers even though we insisted that we had our own private lender established. Our experience at Fitzgerald was like night and day. We were greeted by salesman Philip Galotta who made us feel at ease from the get go. I was apprehensive about even being polite, expecting him to be pushy, but he was the complete opposite. He asked what color car we were looking for and I quickly responded that we didn't care, even though we kind of did... And he dropped the subject and let us take the lead. We never once felt pushed into anything or uncomfortable. He was quick to bring us out to the lot and hop in a car to test drive. He didn't even get in the car with us (because unfortunately he had spilled gasoline on his pants), and was just very casual about the entire deal. It made us feel at ease and we were able to really enjoy checking out the car for ourselves. He didn't take us to a fully loaded car at first. We requested to see the next upgrade up ourselves (which is the vehicle we went with). He was a great listener and spent a lot of time with us, answering a million questions (give or take a few thousand) because that's my personality type. He kept offering to let us test drive throughout the entire process. He was just fantastic. He even came in on his day off to assist us and we didn't have everything that we needed from our lender to go through with the process and never once did he show signs of aggravation. He's a genuine guy and it was a pleasant surprise. We found the dealership to be no haggling. No pushy salesmen. Debbie (unsure of last name), in financing was great as well. She's so sweet and was great with our kids and in answering all of our financial questions. She even offered to match or do better than the financing offer we received from our private lender in order to speed up the process (since we were visibly disappointed that we wouldn't be able to get the car that weekend.) We will definitely be back here when it's time for our next car. And our secondary car is 11 years old, so it could be soon! A big thank you to Philip Galotta for helping us find the car of our dreams... and to every person at the dealership who had some part in the transaction. We ended up going with a 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport, in white, which is the color we were hoping for. :) More
