My Third Hyundai Just purchased our third Hyundai. I love the Sonata 2015 . Its a great car rides good and we keep going back to Fitzgerald. We traded our 2013 for Just purchased our third Hyundai. I love the Sonata 2015 . Its a great car rides good and we keep going back to Fitzgerald. We traded our 2013 for the 2015 because the passenger seat is ajustable which our 2013 and 2011 Sonata does not have and Lee told us about it. I have a knee problem and the adjustable seat is great. Mr. Fitzgerald you have a great crew working for you and should be very proud of them . Our salesman is Lee Ramsey, he is great, he knows his job, very patient, understanding and does not pressure you. He's friendly , He is a asset to your company. Also working with Aaron Cox, very good,friendly and knows his job well. Lets not forget Gordon Hatch, he was very good . Thank you all for a great time . Taking time to understand...Me! I've been looking at getting a new Genesis for over a year now. We have been working with Gary, who's awesome, after our first Sonata purchase from Fi I've been looking at getting a new Genesis for over a year now. We have been working with Gary, who's awesome, after our first Sonata purchase from Fitzmall. Due to some family issues, we had to lower our expectations. Gary never let us down, understood what we we're looking for and found us what we wanted including putting us in the new Sonata Limited Sport 2.0T. I have to tell anyone that it's the best car I have ever owned so far. I LOVE IT! Please give it a look before deciding on something else. This car has the best of everything that we were looking for including the technology and ride, it's very nice. If you're looking for a dealer to purchase from...look no further! Everyone is so friendly right down to Robert, in finance. Wonderful people to work with and they do what they say which is very hard to come by in this day and age. After a terrible experience at another Hyundai dealer, and a lackluster one at another, I was hesitant to walk into Fitzgerald Auto Mall in Clearwater After a terrible experience at another Hyundai dealer, and a lackluster one at another, I was hesitant to walk into Fitzgerald Auto Mall in Clearwater! As is standard at most every car dealer I was greeted at the door by a salesman asking the standard questions. However, after I told him I was "just looking" NOBODY bothered me for the next hour while I extensively looked over my preferred vehicle and read the posted documentation on how Fitzgerald conducted business. When I was ready, I repeat, when I was ready, I approached Ken Logan with my questions and concerns. Although he was busy with at least two other customers, he took the time to answer those questions and concerns and spent the rest of the time literally running around to handle all of us. Considering the service I was receiving, I had no problem being patient! Ken then introduced me to Mark Silver who also addressed my concerns and gave me very valuable information on how to structure my deal, which was drastically different/extremely beneficial than the method I had in mind when I walked in the door. Finally I got together with Albert Marquez, who reinforced Mark''s recommendations, sped me through the paperwork and out the door I went with my 2015 Santa Fe Sport Ultimate! Hands downs the best car buying experience I have ever had! More

Danny and the management team (Mark Silver and Debbie Greene) answered all our questions and provided helpful information about 'no haggle' pricing that so impressed us that we left the Dealer with a brand new 2015 Santa Fe Sport. We bought an Elantra GT from Fitzgerald's in 2003 because of a similar experience at that time. It was nice to discover that the Dealer had maintained such high standards over the years and that 'old friends' could reunite in another very happy experience.
