My sales rep, David Lapp accommodated our busy schedules and left the lot to pick me up at a distant location (lease turn-in) and give me a ride back to the dealership just so my wife would not have to take off work to do it. Debbie Green in Finance was exceptional as well. She took the time to explain each and every detail of the transaction as I needed and shopped on my behalf for the lowest rates to compare against my own findings. She was respectful of my time and got me in and out in just a few minutes despite all the required signatures. This was one of the few times I've left a dealership and was pleased with both the people and the process. Great place to shop for a car. More

Great Service Staff treated me like a friend when I arrived. I drove about 6 hours to purchase my vehicle @ Fitzgerald because of the deal I arranged on the phone. I was greeted b4 I ever got to the front door of the dealership. My husband and I purchased a new 38,000 dollar dodge ram at a local dealership and walked around about an hour and was never greeted. I had to ask for assistance and it still took about 20 minutes. Again the service was excellent and I would definitely do business with them again. This is my second Hyundai Sonata. I'm praying this one is as good as the first. More

Checking for prices of the car that I wanted on the Internet and found that Fitzgeralds was very upfront with pricing. I do not like to play the game of negotiation. Back and forth and wasting time. The Hyundai dealers around the Orlando area did not do this. It was worth the 2 hour drive to Clearwater, Fl to get the car that I wanted @ the right price.
