Overall a good experience I reached out in email through a car buying site the evening before. Lee contacted me that next morning and started reviewing cars the he had. I was upset with my experience at Courtesy Hyundai the day before and Lee made sure I didn't have a similar experience. Unbeknownst to me, my husband after seeing my frustration also reached out the Kale (the person he bought his car from) We found out at the end of the day, after 2 similar prices had been reached that we had both been talking to the same dealership. Thankfully there was a way for both employees to split credit for the sale. Courtesy Hyundai reached out to me with a price and a vin number, after some scepticism Fitzgerald agreed to match the price and tint that the competitive vehicle had. We signed the papers and Lee explained in great detail the features of the car and how to work all the functions. Fitzgerald had a hard time with the approval that Achieva sent over and weren't able to use the info that night, Kale offered to drive the car to my work the next day. The next afternoon Courtesy sent over another quote at a lower price on the same vin number. I saw that Fitzgerald had a price match guarantee and called to inquire. I got Kale and sent him over the paperwork they had emailed me, I was told he would look at it and see what could be done. I waited a few hours and got a phone call from someone who said that they worked in the credit department. He wanted to tell me why the price couldn't be real and why they wouldn't match it, he asked if I could see what he was saying. I explained that the document was In my email and on my cell phone and that I could review it after we hung up. At that point, he asked me if I needed my husband to review it for me. This was insulting and I told him so, angry I ended the conversation and called Kale. Once again, Kale was quick to jump in and try to make things right. He attempted to explain that this person was confused and thought there might have been a co-signer on the loan. I don't find his comment excusable, but I did appreciate Kale trying to find a nice way out. Fitzgerald was not able to match the price the other dealership sent over but did agree to meet in the middle which I happily agreed with. Kale and Lee delivered the car to my work and I was very happily surprised when I saw that Kale had once again, gone above and beyond and had the windows tinted that morning instead of the Thursday appointment I had set-up. We signed the updated agreement then Lee and Kale went back to work. Since that day, I have spoken with Kale again and he asked me how I liked the car and if I had any questions. Overall the car buying experience at Fitzgerald exceeded my interactions with the other dealerships and Kale truly went above and beyond in his efforts. Lee and Kale make a good team and Fitzergerald is lucky to have them. More

When it needed warranty work (very rarely)in the past, I had taken it to Fitzgerald service dept., and was impressed with them, as well. Love my new Tucson! I was greeted by Adam Yazback who immediately put me at ease and never pushed or pressured anything on me throughout the time I was there. He really listened to what I was looking for and went out of his way to present all the options to me. He answered all my questions and was very open and honest with each one. He even brought up items I was not even aware of which clarified several things about the vehicle and warranty for me. Once I decided on which Elantra I wanted, Adam then took me to meet with Debbie Greene who was the finance officer. She too really listened to my concerns and made sure that I got the best deal and reasonable monthly payment for the vehicle. She was very personable and easy to work with and I walked and drove away very satisfied with the entire experience. I would definitely return to this dealership, even though I live a good distance away, because I felt very comfortable and confident in the purchase I made. By the way, I really LOVE the Elantra!!!! Out of all the cars I've owned, I enjoy driving this the most. More
