They told me I needed a tail light replaced...... checked it with the help of a friend Went in for a standard oil change and tire rotation/ balance. They told me I needed a tail light replaced...... checked it with the help of a friend later that day, there was nothing wrong. They also told me that they didn't do the tire rotation/ balance because my tires needed to be replaced, which would be comical to anyone that knows about tires. The tires have just under 30,000 miles on them and have been rotated every 6,000 miles. Yet they insisted that they be replaced immediately. Have never been impressed with their service or customer service. More

I kept my first car for a couple of years to build credit. I decided it was time to trade in my first car for something I would finally love. Being a young girl with next to none car buying experience my new search began. Im sure everyone knows how this turned out. Classic. I went to a handful of places and every car salesman tried me to no end!!! I was appauled by the way I was treated. Like such a fool. I was in no way desperate and did not like most of what I was hearing. I would leave and then the dealership would call me so much I started blocking their phone numbers. I started to have my guard up, so I changed my way of purchasing a car and started striclty dealing with online/call services. I stumbled across a car at Fitzgerald and thought no way, but ill give it a try. Cant be any worse than what I've been through. I received a instant message from Josh Walztoni. After chatting for about 5 minutes told him my trade in, down payment, and what I did not want to pay over per month. He made the comment "I was making it too easy for him" However if he only knew .... At this point I already had to put a few associates from other dealerships in their place. Told them where to go and how to get there!!! I am a busy woman with a family to take care of, no time for BS games. After Josh had all my info by 8 pm, the next day when I got off of work he asked when I was available to come up to the dealership. I showed up exhausted and ready to start with the laughs in faces and use of my middle finger. Only to my surprise he was so kind, didn't play me for a fool, explained everything out to my understanding that raised my eyebrows. He knew what I wanted and kept everything in range where I needed it. I was served refreshments and sat in his office watched you tube videos while he and Robert Coleman did ALL the work!!!! They stayed after hours to get me the best finance loan. Did not settle and saved me so much!!! Absolutely WONDERFUL at what he does!!!! I will always appreciate the service and send everyone to Fitz Gerald. I did the foot work and dealt with the chaos so you won't have to. GO TO FITZ GERALD and ask for Josh Walztoni. More
