I didn't have a lot of time to spend at the dealership so Carl had everything lined up for me to see when I arrived. I made my selection, we worked out the numbers, and we were to make our decision on which vehicle suited us, and our budget, fast. A couple days later, my husband and I had to bring along our 2 toddlers and our new baby to sign all of the paperwork. I warned Carl that it could become very ugly if it wasn't fast. Lol! Carl and the business manager had everything printed and ready to be signed upon our arrival. This was the easiest and most convenient experience I have ever had while purchasing a new vehicle! I have also sent many of my family members there to buy cars from both dealerships in Clearwater (Hyundai dealer Fitzgeralds and I was treated great! Especially by Carl Anderson, Mike Treen, and the Sales and Finance Managers. I have worked at other car dealerships in the area and would STILL recommend the sales department at Fitzgeralds. Since I have seen both sides of the car buying experience, I have seen a major difference in the way customers are treated and Fitzgerald doesn't have the "high pressure" salesmen that I see at other dealerships. They don't follow you around the lot if you are "just looking" and don't hassle you when you are just waiting for your car to be done in the service department..like some other dealerships do. I would gladly recommend them to anyone who wants to buy a car or Jeep! More
