They always make sure the repairs or routine maintenance and oil changes are done right all the time year after year. They are very fair and up front and try their hardest to get you in and out quick. In one instance they refused to let me even pay when they thought too much time had elapsed. Nobody else that I know does that (Thanks Alicia). The mechanics sometimes come out to even talk to you if you have any questions and they are definitely very qualified compared to some places I've been. The service advisors are all also helpful and pleasant as is the customs relations manager Alicia Umbel who always emails you to ask if you have any questions or concerns. Alicia is amazing and a one of a kind overachiever who works harder than anyone at making you the customer happy. We are so spoiled by her and you will be to if you get service with Fitz VW . Its hard these days to find a place that is high quality w/o any head aches but Fitz makes dealing with car ownership a stress free and happy experience. More

I would imagine that many, as I, have had some very good and some very bad automobile service experiences. The quality of an organization and its personnel is truly demonstrated during and after those unfortunate, very bad, service experiences. This turned out to be the case for me during my last visit to Fitzgerald Auto Mall, Frederick, MD. The servicing of my vehicle did not go well; my problem was not resolved. After a few days of anger and of being disappointed with the inadequate maintenance actions, I returned to Fitzgerald and was introduced to Mr. Tim Phillips. Tim was not involved with my original experience in any way; I only dealt with a subordinate service advisor. Mr. Phillips handled my situation with the utmost professionalism, expertise, courtesy and kindness. After my meeting with Mr. Phillips I felt that he had done everything possible to correct the circumstances of my original visit, and he restored my faith in Fitzgerald Auto Mall, Frederick, MD. The bug with my infotainment system was extremely minor but Chris still took ownership of the issue and was relentless in getting to the bottom of it, even though Mazda didn't have an immediate fix for it. Kyle, one of the service technicians, also worked closely with me to try and identify the issue and get it fixed. From the time you pull in and are greeted by those that check in your car, to the service desk, the technicians, the people that sign out the loaner cars, shuttle drivers, and everyone in between, Fitzgerald service center employees are friendly, courteous, and professional. More

This company is the worst company in the world this company has made my first time bu I will no longer be doing business with Fitzgerald Automall . This company is the worst company in the world this company has made my first time buying a car the worst experience ever I will never recommend anybody to come here to buy a car I will make sure that my parents who are now looking to buy new cars stay away from this company because they were going to continue their services with Fitzgerald . After letting a few people that I know about this company and all the things that happened to me as far as my car they will no longer be buying anything from Fitzgerald Automall as well ... I took my car to Fitzgerald auto Mall and gave us Berg Maryland to get an oil change this company is so horrible that they did a horrible oil change on my car which caused all the oil to leak out of my car which then caused my car just shut off while I was driving it which then caused me to believe that it was my fault or that it was going to be my responsibility to fix my car I did not have the money at the time to get the car fixed so I had to wait two weeks of my time not being able to do anything because my car was shutting off to take it to Fitzgerald in Frederick Maryland to look at it because it was the closest place that I could take it to they didn't told me that whomever did my oil change did not do it correctly and all the oil has leaked out of my engine not knowing that it was another Fitzgerald that did the oil change .... Long story short the only thing Fitzgerald did for me was put oil back in my engine and offer me a free oil change the next time I came in that's it this company is the worst company ever I will never recommend this company to anyone else and I'm looking around for cars right now And the last place I will be going to is Fitzgerald to try to get a new car I will be looking at other dealerships to get a car because Fitzgerald has lost 110% of my trust .... any customers looking for a car at Fitzgerald I am telling you right now do not waste your time ....when I first bought this car I was excited and happy with my first car to weeks later I didn't realize it because I didn't see it at the time but two weeks later I looked in my backseat as the sun was gleaming on it I saw countless amount of stains in the backseat of my car it literally looked like someone died in the backseat of my car and they just did a horrible job of cleaning it up when I contacted this Gerald and ask them about this and to clean it they did not do anything for me like I said this is a horrible company I have countless stories of the three years that I've owned this car from this company but there's not enough time in the world for you guys to read it all I hope whoever sees this stays far away from this company More
