Excellent service. Despite it being a busy facility, the service reps are always polite and attentive. I appreciate the extra effort given to wash my Fleet Vehicles which are often quite dirty. Stan Grego service reps are always polite and attentive. I appreciate the extra effort given to wash my Fleet Vehicles which are often quite dirty. Stan Gregowich has been particularly helpful to me. He takes the time to see if I have any vouchers and insures that everything is done to standard. Again, my Kudos to the Fitzgerald Team for their outstanding efforts!!! More

We brought our car in for problems starting it and a seat belt light that was on. We were charged $270.00 for separate diagnostic tests and got no answers. Take my car in and Mario Mye Purchased a vehicle from Fitzgerald a few months ago, and during the purchase stated that the first oil change was free. Take my car in and Mario Myers proceeded to tell us the oil change that was purchased with our car is 4 days expired and they cannot honor the oil change. We just purchased a Cadillac for 60K 4 months ago and then you will treat a client during servicing like this? Appalling More

When I arrived Kim had reserved my requested loaner car. Service on my brakes which needed new rotors was completed in a very timely fashion after Kim called me to inform me that Fitzgerald was paying $200 of the cost to compensate for the inconvenience I had experienced the week prior! Thanks so much for that! When I returned to pick up my car they had washed it for me and the process was smooth and efficient! I so appreciated how the manager spoke with me and explained everything so thoroughly. Thank you for your service and personable, caring response to my needs! Nina Anzalone More
