But when we went to Fitzgerald Cadillac in Annapolis we met Carl Dungan who proceeded to give my wife and myself our best auto buying experience ever. Not only is Carl a nice individual but he is knowledgeable with ever aspect of the Escalade we purchased. He was able to answer every question we have had about the vehicle and took care of all the extra needs we had without any hesitation or questions. A nice honest young man, selling a good quality product, taking care of his customers in the way people deserve to be treated when making a big investment. I have purchased multiple new and used cars from this dealer and always bring them in for all of the regular scheduled and warranty service. Bought a 06 Jetta from these clowns. First price the salesman and I discussed was different when I got down there. Second the finance guy didn't know his own sales programs and was wrong on many facets salesman and I discussed was different when I got down there. I was asking one of the managers about my stereo and he said "sorry, Im a old man, Im just now getting into CD's for my car". This is the worst dealership I've ever purchased a car from, however I love my TDI Jetta, its the best car I've owned, so far. Stay away...far far away from these knuckleheads at Fitzgeralds. More

Bought a Passatt with obvios engine issues and they would not work with me to get it fixed. I had to trade the car into a different dealer and took a lose on the car.
