I won a 2011 Cadillac CTS through an Church raffle. This was the dealerships first experience and yet they made the experience a pleasure. We recently (12/24/10) purchased a Cadillac CTS AWD from Fitzgerald Cadillac in Annapolis. We live in Bel Air, MD and found Fitzgerald by searching the internet for the lowest local prices. Fitzgerald had the lowest price within 50 miles of us, so we submitted our name to the website (www.truecar.com). Within 10 minutes, Jeff Moss from the dealership called to tell us that they had a vehicle with the options we wanted. We made an appointment to come see the vehicle, but wound up changing the appointment to Christmas Eve, which proved no problem for Fitzgerald. The usual stress and pressure of price haggling was non-existent. We had a firm price from the internet which Fitzgerald was going to honor. In fact, the price we actually paid was even LOWER than the low price quoted on the internet. A really pleasant surprise! When we got to the dealership, Jeff introduced us to Sue Steiner our sales representative. She took us through the purchasing process quickly, and our car was prepared while the paperwork was being completed. Sue then gave us a quick, but informative, tutorial or the car's navigation system and other controls. She was well acquainted with the systems and could answer any questions we posed. She was polite, friendly and a pleasure to do business with. At Fitzgerald, we experienced friendly, competent service as well as a great low price. I puchased my 2011 Cadillac SRX on Saturday, October 23 from Ed Weglein. Ed was the most professional and helpful car sales person I have ever dealt with. I was researching the SRX for about 8 weeks prior to my purchase and doing the due dilligence over the internet. Other dealers were starting the pressure tactics over email or telephone. Not Ed, he would send me an email asking the status of my search and offering his help. I must state that I live in Pennsylvannia, 113 miles from Fitzgerald Cadillac, but I chose to purchase there primarily because of Ed and his willingess to help, even knowing that I may not purchase from him. Top on my list was a certain color, Gold Mist and the Navigation system with the 40gb hard drive. Most dealers said that it was hard to find, but they could order one and it would be 8-10 weeks for delivery. Fitzgerald had the car I wanted and Ed had it brought to the Annapolis store! I would recommend this dealership whole heartedly for anyone looking for professionalism, no price games, and no pressure! The only regret is that I can't utilize Fitzgerald for service, because of the distance from my home to the dealership. More
