So I actually ASKED to leave this review because I am so impressed and thankful for Jennifer's transparency, communication, and effort. This was our first time ordering a vehicle online and we were very ske impressed and thankful for Jennifer's transparency, communication, and effort. This was our first time ordering a vehicle online and we were very skeptical, but Jenn put up with my questions for months - responding immediately every time - until I finally got the courage to proceed. We got paperwork via docusign within a day (only 6 or 7 signatures - that's it), they confirmed our wire of funds within a few hours, then we got confirmation that our vehicle was picked up for delivery! Cannot believe how easy this was! The vehicle is exactly what we were told it would be - plus more! We feel so blessed and would 1000% recommend both Jenn and Fishers Imports!! More

I purchased a used Mini Cooper in April. The sales person was professional during the sales process and transparent about a few minor imperfections on the body. However, I specifically aske The sales person was professional during the sales process and transparent about a few minor imperfections on the body. However, I specifically asked about the tires as I have had experience buying a used car that needed brakes, tires, etc. Things that are expensive and you do not want any surprises after you buy a car. I take responsibility for buying a car over the internet and I live out of state so I did not have an opportunity to see the car in person nor take is for a pre-sale inspection which is something I always do when I buy a used car. I received the car fine and I had already booked an appointment at a local Mini dealer for a post sale inspection and the safety/emissions inspection needed in my state for the license plates. I suspected 3 problems just based on driving the car to the service appointment - 1) there was a loud noise coming from the rear of the vehicle, 2) something was leaking in my driveway and 3) the AC was not cold. I told the service advisor about these 3 things. The car was not aligned which caused uneven tire wear and was the noise I was hearing - while the tires had life on the outer edge, the inner edges did not have life left. In addition, there was an issue with the tie rod caused by an improper alignment. There were issues with the oil pan and AC manifold--cracks. I am not a car expert by any means so all I can say is how interesting that simple things I noticed just from driving the car for 2 days turned out to be expensive issues. When I told the sales person that I now had almost $4000 in repairs that were for EXISTING issues pre-sale, the person said she didn't have the ability to drive a stick shift so she did not drive the car and was not aware of the noise. She also said the buyer beware kiss of death quote, "when you buy an older vehicle you get what you get". I would never assume the sales person drives every car they sell; I would assume the service people drive the car and do a full inspection and fix broken things. I approached the sales person a couple times requesting they stand by the car they sold which yes it was used and an older model BUT the issues found by the post sales inspection were very obvious issues and I should not have to pay significantly above the blue book value of the car (I paid double the car's value on 2 different auto sites) and then incur $4000 of necessary repairs to be able to get plates and drive the car. My message is simple: be very careful buying a car from this establishment - especially if you are out of state and do not have the ability to view/inspect the car and two, any business owner who sells a car with known issues should stand behind the sale and reimburse the customer for surprise expenses that they should have picked up in their own inspection; especially given the profit they made on the car in the first place. I plan to report them to the BBB, but also know it does not appear they are a member of the BBB despite others making complaints to the BBB about this dealer. I end with, this is truly a "Buyer Beware" situation. More
Owen was fantastic! I would definitely purchase another vehicle from him. I love my BMW and they also ordered new tires and are putting those on for me. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from him. I love my BMW and they also ordered new tires and are putting those on for me. More
Last week, I had spoken with Micheal about buying a beautiful used suburban and ended up putting a deposit down to hold the truck. I ended up changing my mind and they credited my deposit back with no beautiful used suburban and ended up putting a deposit down to hold the truck. I ended up changing my mind and they credited my deposit back with no hassle. There was no sales pressure and everyone was very kind. I would definitely recommend this dealership. More

This dealership offed a coupon for an extra $500 for a trade in of a vehicle good until expired 4/17/2024. When I received their appraisal/trade-in value for the vehicle I was trading in, it was only THE trade in of a vehicle good until expired 4/17/2024. When I received their appraisal/trade-in value for the vehicle I was trading in, it was only THEN that I asked for the coupon to be honored. They conveniently made up a story about how they gave me too much for a trade in value by $400, so they couldn't honor it but will honor the appraisal given. I drove 5 hours to this dealership! Sounded fishy, but okay, I went with it. I then continued and spent 3.5 hours making the deal- ya know, test driving and signing all the paperwork and paying for a 2yr extended Mercedes warranty. Got all finished, everything was signed with the finance mgr, the temp tag was being printed and I had my two children loaded into the new vehicle, cleaned out my trade in, bluetooth connected and we were READY to make our 5 hour trip back home when the mgr came running out of the building holding my vehicles title yelling "ma'am, we can't take this title, and you cannot take our car." Mind you, I called them before I made the trip there to ensure my title was able to be transferred, even gave them a POA to do what they needed and the title had open dealership entries to utilize. I was assured it was fine, they stated "we do this everyday, we are familiar, come on and see us" I provided the title as soon as we made it to their place and sat down. They had it for 3.5 hours! Long story short, they didn't want to refund my money, said I'll have to drive back after I get my title switched over to my state. I said what about delivery if I got to a local DMV and mail it to you. They said well, we could work something out to get it shipped to you but you would have to pay to get us your trade in car back to us. smh Mind you the next day, my trade in (vehicle we drove there) was listed for sale and made a Carfax entry by this dealership! They didn't even have the car or ownership! They told me they had no one on site to refund me (this was a Saturday) but they sure did have someone there to run my payment! It's been almost 10days and I still have not gotten refunded. This is why they get this review HERE! I rescinded my contract with them and attached it back to them letting them know there was NO deal and to correct my vehicles Carfax! They keep telling me it can take up to a week to get my money back. it's been 9 days with no refund YET. Luckily I found the same car one year newer in my home state a day later and for the same price and a little less miles WITH a manufacturers warranty still left! I do not recommend this dealership, at least I do NOT recommend the mgr. Mike that we ended up having to deal with. He was so rude, fake and arrogant. He was rude to his own salesman in front of us.... the customer! My kids were a little scared of that guy! We all read right through him the minute we stepped into that place but luckily didn't deal with him the entire time (only watching him stare out of his glass office window) at us until the very end. I feel bad for my salesman that he treated horribly in front of us. That was SO uncalled or and unprofessional. THIS IS A WARNING to ANY potential customers. More
