Location is perfect because its just 10-15mins away; I already had my car serviced thru them and the experience was great. Simon was very professional and was upfront with regards to service recommendations. it also helps that they have a loaner vehicle if the service will take a long time. No need to take your luxury car to the local MB dealership where its not only a hassle to schedule( not so flexible time slot,inconvenient times) It also further away and area is always busy( heavy traffic area) and will charge you arm and leg for both labor and parts. Keep up the good work and I might get my next vehicle from you. More

When my husband and I purchased my Audi from Fishers Imports a few months ago, they mentioned that they would be opening their own service department When my husband and I purchased my Audi from Fishers Imports a few months ago, they mentioned that they would be opening their own service department soon. We already had a place where we took our vehicles for service AND was conveniently located near our home, so I didn't give it much thought. When it came time for the 35k service on my car, my husband suggested I give Fishers a call. I resisted because of the distance from our home and it being such a new service department. My husband pointed out that the service technicians would have to be highly qualified to work on the types of vehicles that Fishers sells, so I decided to give them a call. From the moment I spoke with Simon, in the service department, I was hooked! He was extremely personable and accommodating. As we talked, he determined the type of service my Audi needed and gave me a quote (which included the taxes and Indiana fees) and also emailed me a copy of the itemized form. When I dropped off my car, Simon went over the paperwork with me to be sure it matched what we had originally discussed, asked if I had a specific time I'd like my car done by and gave me a loaner car for the day. After the service tech completed his inspection, Simon gave me a call to let me know the overall condition of my car and that a couple of parts would need to replaced in the near future because they showed wear and tear. Although he let me know how much the parts would cost, he didn't try to pressure me into getting the work done that day. When I picked up my car, there were no surprises and the amount due was the exact amount that Simon had quoted. Simon was even kind enough to give me a call later that evening to let me know that I had left something in the loaner car. I was just SO impressed with Simon and the overall quality of the service department that I have decided to take my Audi to Fishers for regular service even though it's about a 25 min drive from my home. Their professionalism and friendly service make it well worth the drive! More

Other dealers I've dealt with in the past take forever, never give straight answers and send your credit to all this finance companies which end up hurting your credit due to all the different inquiries. in this situation this transaction was done in about 30 minutes, also my credit report only has 1 or 2 inquiries which is great.
