I had not been in an auto dealership for 17 years when I purchased my 1994 Saturn and did not know what to expect. I had read numerous media stories about aggressive car salesmen, etc. This type of behavior was not present in the Fisher Dealership. I was given accurate information regarding what my annual service visit would require. There was also a software update that had to be done so I was told it would be a certain amount of time and they were f service visit would require. The parts department is excellent. Everything I need is either in stock or delivered the next day. The parts counter people are glad to show the illustrated diagrams and volunteer to print them out, which either in stock or delivered the next day. Brad in parts has walked out to my Honda Civic to double check the paint color number for ordering touch-up paint. Otherwise we would have ordered the wrong color.
