He took the test drive with me and my son and was very forthcoming and patient while explaining the details of this particular Honda Fit. I had not been in an auto dealership for 17 years when I purchased my 1994 Saturn and did not know what to expect. I had read numerous media stories about aggressive car salesmen, etc. This type of behavior was not present in the Fisher Dealership. I was given accurate information regarding what my annual service visit would require. There was also a software update that had to be done so I was told it would be a certain amount of time and they were f service visit would require. I also had nice drivers take me to a doctor's appointment and pick me up to bring me back. All in all, the experience could not have been better! More
I was very impressed with Paul. He was very knowledgeable about the used car I purchased. When I completed the purchase and returned to pick it up to take to her as a surprise at a dinner party, Paul had detailed the care beautifully AND had filled the back seat with birthday balloons! A great touch and an indication of the extra level of customer service that I did not expect. I'd recommend Paul to anyone. More

I was dreading the experience because I thought it would take a long time and be complicated. I got a new car that day and it could not have been easier! I didn't even have to return my Subaru at the dealer because Honda took it and I even got $500 cash back! Great experience and love the new car! More

The parts department is excellent. Everything I need is either in stock or delivered the next day. The parts counter people are glad to show the illustrated diagrams and volunteer to print them out, which either in stock or delivered the next day. The service people are glad to look up tightening torque specs for parts I have been buying. Parts and Service work as a team. Brad in parts has walked out to my Honda Civic to double check the paint color number for ordering touch-up paint. Otherwise we would have ordered the wrong color. Also, the parts prices are always marked down 20-30 percent from list. More

I'm on my third Honda since 1996 ~ and I'll probably always drive only Fisher product because the Dealership is like a family. They care about you and you can feel it every time you talk to them. The service guys are so friendly and helpful ~ Craig and Lynn are great and always have time for you ~ and the addition of Mark has only increased the comfort level of the Fisher Auto experience. My second Honda I knew exactly what I wanted ~ called Dennis in Honda Sales and he had it ready for me the next day ~ no muss no fuss. Now that's service! If you're not a Fisher customer you're missing out! More
