My experience with Ty Freese at Fisher Honda was terrific. He contacted me after I looked on the website for a new or gently used car. He answered all of my questions and added very good suggestions for me to consider. We spoke several times before I went it to see a car. Once meeting him, the whole process was very smooth. I drove the car, he set the radio, clock etc while showing me how to do it. Explained all the safety features as well as where the gas tank was, how the hood opened, mirrors, trunk etc. I felt very good driving the car home. Ron-the finance man - was also very good to work with. Neither men pressured me at all. I had a Honda before so used the service department for 17 years. I was very happy with them as well. They have my confidence. Thank You. More
It was a little disappointing. I told the sales person that I would be arriving on Monday to get the vehicle. Upon arrival the vehicle wasn't ready as the battery was dead and woul I told the sales person that I would be arriving on Monday to get the vehicle. Upon arrival the vehicle wasn't ready as the battery was dead and would take over an hour to get it replaced. The vehicle was running and I needed to get back to Albuquerque as the weather was turning very bad. I did have to replace the battery at a cost of $135.00, the third door handle, the drivers door window mechanism, and the passenger air bag switch, and the disc player part of the radio doesn't work. Non of this was reported to me except the battery. I was reimburse $150 which cover most of the repairs that I had to do. Other than the above mentioned repairs I had a pleasant time with great service with the exception as I still do not have the title. I do like my truck though. More

I purchased a certified 2023 Honda Ridgeline from Fisher Honda. Unfortunately, it was not known that the touchscreen became damaged before delivery. My salesman Mark, Used vehicle manager Nate and finance m Honda. Unfortunately, it was not known that the touchscreen became damaged before delivery. My salesman Mark, Used vehicle manager Nate and finance manager Neil came to my rescue. They located another Ridgeline that was exactly the same model and color with even less miles and offered to let me take that one instead. Not only did I get a vehicle with less than 1000 miles on it for almost $10,000 less than a new one, but found a dealer that really cares about their customers. Highly recommended! More
