But Fisher's quote was actually more reasonable and Josh gave much better service by answering calls promptly, providing a timely quote and appointment times, as well as a loaner car. All things the other dealer didn't do. Thank you Josh, the others could take a lesson from you in great customer service. More
I went in for a oil change last week. I also needed to exchange my summer tires to my snow tires I have in the trunk, costing me $175, total wait time two hours, sounds good to me. I retu I also needed to exchange my summer tires to my snow tires I have in the trunk, costing me $175, total wait time two hours, sounds good to me. I return two hours later to find out there's a stuck lug nut on one of my snow tires, says the dealership. They show me the stuck lug nut and inform me it will cost me an additional $320. Now to replace to lug nut it costs the dealership $15 and they had it all done in around fifteen minutes. I also recall one of the kind service guys whom showed me the stuck lug nut, for some reason, he could not stop laughing at my predicament when I meet them out back. In addition they did not seem to care about how I felt and they did not walk me to my vehicle when all was said and done. I am very upset with how much was charged. $300 for a 15 minute job: stuck lug nut. I would like to be reimbursed the $250 and only be charged $50 for the extra labor done on my Acura. To me $50 seems a lot more reasonable than $300. All and all it was around $500 for an oil change and tire exchange. Does this seem acceptable? Thank you for reading my feedback.
