Chris was engaged, friendly, and everything was ready to go ( loaner). The car loan department was engaged , efficient, and friendly. The valets were so polite and friendly too. Trudy got my car fixed and was wise to know that she could use my extended warranty to get my caliper and tire pressure monitor system fixed at just my deductible price, was timely in getting service do could use my extended warranty to get my caliper and tire pressure monitor system fixed at just my deductible price, was timely in getting service done and calked me back after a initial inquiry by me. Once she knew my car was not going to be ready in one day she set me up with a loaner car. I did try the loaner bike at first to go for lunch but when I returned my car wasn't ready due to the brake caliper problem, the valet service is an added touch of service that allows the service directors to do their job of getting your car fixed !
