Chad (lead advisor) again showed the super-extra mile in everything as mentioned in my previous reviews. Moreover, the nation wide recall from the factory on the fuel pump propeller was amazingly organized, fast, prompt, of course free of charge. Also complimentarily the staff washed and detailed my car w/o even telling (I was very surprised when I got into the car after the service). The complimentary snacks and drinks, specially Starbuck style lounge is outstanding also! In my past experience of a repair for a chip malfunctioning (a factory bug) the First Texas Honda specialists (Chad, Fred being main advisors) provided amazing service and update to me, while the high class loaner (hybrid new models, leather seats) offered an experience beyond belief. I totally recommend this place, it is the best service dealer in my US nationwide, Canada and international experience. More
