No help on a vehicle we have had less than 3 weeks that needs $10,000 to $12,000 in repair that the dealer should have been aware of. We were half way offered an extended warranty in initial discussion ab needs $10,000 to $12,000 in repair that the dealer should have been aware of. We were half way offered an extended warranty in initial discussion about the truck, but knowing we would be driving this vehicle a lot were told it would not be worth it and that the dealer has been in business over 20 years, which lead us to believe we would be dealing with a good company. We trusted that the dealership would stand behind a vehicle owned such a short time, over of week of that time in the shop for diagnostics and the rest of the time in the driveway! Owner does not stand behind their supposed great reputation. I wish we had read the reviews of the dealership prior to purchase, shame on us. Shame on the dealership for not offering some sort of compromise. Please do your research before purchasing a vehicle from this company. I agree with several reviews, BUYER BEWARE! More

BUYERS BEWARE!!! Recently bought a ford excursion from these folks truck was advertised as a 4x4. To my surprise I went to use the 4x4 option I turned the 4x4 switch on the dash and nothing happened. Afte these folks truck was advertised as a 4x4. To my surprise I went to use the 4x4 option I turned the 4x4 switch on the dash and nothing happened. After further investigation I found that this model did not come with this option as advertised by the dealership. It was clear someone had modified the dash by adding the 4x4 switch as these trucks only come with this switch from factory if they are 4x4. This was done to add more value to the truck. It's clear this was done with malice,deception and to defraud the consumer in this case me. I tried talking to the dealership about this and they have ignored my attempts to resolve this. I'm posting this for all future buyers be very aware and be very careful if you decide to visit this dealership make sure you check out what you are interested in purchasing completely verify what they advertised is accurate. More

These people, and there are only two owners, will say whatever they have to in order to make a sale; the truth be a true stranger to these two men. You cannot depend on these guys to tell you if there is anything wrong with their cars and trucks. What you can depend on, is that they will do everything possible to hide mechanical and other defects. If you want to see how they operate, by all means, stop in, tour their facility, be greeted by two happy, infectious smiles (they are family men, afterall), but leave your wallet locked in your car. Otherwise, run the other way. More

He just made excuses blaming Mercedez Benz for not releasing the title, but yet never called me to tell me what was happening. I would never use him again! The title is very important and he doesnt even care to get it it to you, contrary to what he had said when I purchased the car!!! **Stay Away from this crook" More
