Recall and oil change Good morning-yes the service for the most part was fine. I have two things to mention. I did not have a new oil change stocker put on my windshield s Good morning-yes the service for the most part was fine. I have two things to mention. I did not have a new oil change stocker put on my windshield so I know when to go back. I don’t recall that ever happening anywhere I’ve had my oil changed. Small detail but an important one. Also a service was recommended that I declined, and no written quote was given as I requested. Simply a handwritten note on the work order stated “RF Ball Joint declined”. I was given the quote over the phone when called and was told they’ll write it up. I looked into having it done elsewhere and I was told that having just the ball joint replaced wasn’t recommended because it’s best to get a new control arm at The same time because the ball joint may not fit the older control arm as snugly as a brand new one would. Granted that’s a little bit more money but it was still something I think I should’ve been told. I am guessing the service tech didn’t give enough information to Angela when my paperwork was prepared. Jeannine Dugas More

Efficient service I brought my car in for a level 4 service. It was scheduled to take 4-5 hours. I was able to use a loaner car which was a lifesaver. The checkout proc I brought my car in for a level 4 service. It was scheduled to take 4-5 hours. I was able to use a loaner car which was a lifesaver. The checkout process to get the loaner was quick and easy. The service ended up taking less time and I could bring back the car when I was done with my errands. Very accommodating. Lisa, the service coordinator that helped me was very pleasant and helpful. Overall it was a good experience. Satisfied with the service. More
