Horrible customer service,Linda a wise unprofessional lair. I was charged for asking them to install a rear end kit but nothing was done. The technician repaired the heater core but broke my windshield, Totaling a cost over $1,650.00. They hold my truck from 06/22/2016 to 06/30/2016 to do a horrible work I was told it would be a free multi point inspection only, then I was told if I don't do the work I would be charged over $200.00 fee. Katie no experience with customers, she called Linda & Harold to interrogated me for a relationship to one brother who had a bad experience at the same shop. I asked them what is the problem, they said fallowing protocol!!! REALLY Protocol this people are full of lies, greed, deceiving narrow minded? So when I asked her a question about my damage windshield and other charges they did no want to be responsible. the owner Joe seems gentleman, But he has no xxxxx to lead or correct his employees. It was not an apology from any one, no a courtesy gestured. no a thank you, no a welcome back. I will Not refer a friend or family with few of this clown that I had to deal with. No one could answer my question, the managers LINDA, Harold are a JOKE they must be related or very close friend of the owner JOE to keep their job. . More
Add on to my first review of First Hyundai Mr. Cimorelli contacted me and went above and beyond to try and rectify my complaint. Due to the fact that he reached out to me and was not happy with Mr. Cimorelli contacted me and went above and beyond to try and rectify my complaint. Due to the fact that he reached out to me and was not happy with the way I was treated, so as soon as the two week period is up with Dealer Rater, I will remove the review. Although, at this point, I do not ever plan on doing any business with First Hyundai. More

We bought a car that was suppose to be certified but still had multiple things wrong with it, The dealer agreed to fix all the items and it appeared that all would go smoothly. The dealer had the car for two weeks and still did not fix everything. The issue with the windshield was never addressed and the person they sent to work on it wound up cracking it. We placed 3 phone calls to the dealer that day and no return phone call. I finally was able to talk to some one live the next day after being bounced around for 20 minutes. The Service manager told me that it was the Sales managers decision and not his, The Sales manager told me it was not his decision it was the Presidents. I called the President twice with no return phone call. The Sales manager did call me back the next day and they agreed to replace the windshield. Fast forward 3 weeks later, I called two days in a row looking for an update and left messages for the President as well as the Sale manager and no return phone call even though his voice mail states that all phone calls will be returned by the end of business the same day. Finally I called an attorney and explained the situation of being ignored, lied to and basically bullied, He told me he would make a phone call for me, come to find out they did not even bother to call him back. I did however receive a professional phone call the next day with an update. The first one during this whole process. I was told they would be by to pick up the car the next day and leave a car for us to use until our car was returned. The next day they show up to pick up the car, refuse to leave the loaner car and assure my wife they will be back by noon, As you can guess noon comes and goes my wife is stranded at work with no way to go to lunch and then they wind up showing up at 3:00. A call to the dealership and my wife is told that they never said they would leave the loaner car for us to use. I guess I just made that part up. As far as I am concerned this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life, If you want to be treated poorly and bullied then go purchase a vehicle here. More

First Hyundai left me a voicemail the next day asking me how my service was. It was a standard voicemail that they leave every body. They left a number for me to call if I wasn't satisfied. Clearly, based on my first review, I was not satisfied at all so I called the number. I explained to the associate what my issues were and she said she'd have a manager call me. I never received a phone call back. Clearly customer service is at the bottom of First Hyundai's priorities. Do yourself a favor and don't visit this dealership. More
I had the unfortunate luck to have to deal with Jason in the service department. He was rude, sarcastic, condescending, and worst of all, no help whatsoever. I never write letters to complain but Jason h the service department. He was rude, sarcastic, condescending, and worst of all, no help whatsoever. I never write letters to complain but Jason has inspired me to write my very first complaint letter. It is shocking to me someone of his low functioning social skills is put in a position to work with the public. He was unable or uninterested in providing "service" while working in the service department. Fortunately, the service manager is wonderful and was able to do the simple task in order to get my car fixed. More
I have been a customer for over 2 years here and this was the first bad experience I had. I Went in for a 45000 mile tune up and a complimentary detail that they OWED me. I bought my car there and when I came to pick it up it wasn't even cleaned. I was told to wait and it would be done. I waited 2 HOURS and it hadnt even been touched. I was told that whenever I came back for my first oil change it would get done. I came back 7 months later because the because the used car I bought needed new brakes. I hadnt even driven 7000 miles. That alone was suspicious. I also got my 45000 mile tune up and asked for my detail at the time. I dropped off my car at 10 am. called the next morning and was told it was ready. I got there and my car hadnt been cleaned at all. When I brought it to their attention everyone just looked at me. Then I told them I needed to go and couldnt wait. They brought my car to me soaked in the inside, my tvs were wet and my seats were wet. They didnt even bother to wipe it dry. Once these Ppl get your money they dont even care. I will never buy from them again and I would rather find a new dealer who cares and respects their customers. I wouldnt waste anymore money here. More
What kind of dealership has service hours starting at 7:30am and there is nobody there? They have no service hours after 5:00, so the best I could do was get there for the first appointment and hope they did not keep me too long. I show up at 7:30 and there is not a soul there. Lights off, doors locked. I bought the car there in 2008 and now I remember why I go elswhere for service. More
