Unfortunately, the Sonata has an annoying/intermittent squeak when going over bumps. They lubricated the bushings and I was on my way. Yep, the squeak has returned. Need to get this resolved. More

Wasn't considering, but, her friendly persuasion convinced me to, at least, talk about it. Once at dealership, Obi was a friendly, helpful, courteous, salesman. He made the entire process easy (except for a hiccup of miscommunication on trade in value) BTW, 2nd vehicle purchased at this dealership and I LOVE the service dept! More

'First for Life' - watch out Bought a new Elantra about 10 months ago. They advertise free oil changes for life and other services. What they don't tell you is that you have to Bought a new Elantra about 10 months ago. They advertise free oil changes for life and other services. What they don't tell you is that you have to follow their excessive service plan for which you have to pay for the additional items. 5k miles is free. 10k miles they add a fuel system cleaner - $8 item but charge $25. Watch out for the 15k and 30k services. I'm due for the 15k for which they include a road test, air filters, alignment, blalance and rear brake cleaning (whatever that is). So this 15k oil change now costs almost $300. The only item in the Hyundai manual besides the oil change and a few inspections is the cabin air filter which you can buy for under $20. I always suspected it was a scam but finally got proof. If you like to maintain your vehicles beyond the recommendations, this is a reasonable offer but I doubt many people would choose this on their own. I have a 10 year old Honda still running strong with routine basic maintenance for almost 180k miles. Living in New England, that is about all you can expect with the salty roads. More
