Fantastic Service at a Great Price Love this service department. Do not push unneeded parts or services on you. Brought my 2017 Sonata in for an oil change and scheduled maintenance. I asked for specific things because that's what was done previously. The service manager asked to speak with me and explained that the services I requested were not needed, but would be done if I absolutely request it. My entire oil change and service ended up costing less than my previous oil change only. This place is great. My Service Rep Angela is incredible, Service Managers are incredible, and quality of service is incredible. More

I had an awful experience at the other Hyundai dealership that has been shut down so I was nervous for what was to come and was blown away by how exceptional the service was. They scheduled me for an appt and provided a shuttle to take me home and then when my car had to stay overnight they provided me with a courtesy vehicle and the process was very smooth. My car is now safe for my family thank you so much! More

Forgotten about I had my vehicle dropped off on a Thursday in the morning. When I called before it was dropped off the guy on the phone said it might not get looked a I had my vehicle dropped off on a Thursday in the morning. When I called before it was dropped off the guy on the phone said it might not get looked at till Monday (VJ DAY in Rhode Island) because they were busy. no big deal. I then call and have the car towed to the dealership. A gentleman calls me, confirms the car has been dropped off, and says someone will look at it... I never heard from them again. I went there on Monday to get my work gear out of the trunk because I had work Tuesday. They didn’t really know where to find my car but then one guy said oh yea it’s the one with the broken axle (I thought it was the transmission) remember (so and so) had it on the lift and it was completely detached. So in my mind I’m like hmm. They already had it on the lift but didn’t fix it.. I didn’t question it because I know it doesn’t get fixed just because it’s been on the lift. They tell me it’s outside I go and find it all the way in the back parked against the fence.... again I’m thinking hmm how did they get it over here the thing doesn’t drive! How did they get it parked here with all these cars in the way. But I say they know what they’re doing and grab my stuff and leave. Tuesday nothing. Wednesday nothing so I call. They have no idea who I am. No one has me or my car assigned to them. They are shocked no one has called me and they will call me back. I get a call back a little while later apologizing and saying they have the part on order and just know it’s a big job and it might not be ready till tonight.. an hour or so later I’m called and told it’s ready!?!? Really?! I really think it was sitting there fixed the whole time and I was forgotten about. I paid for a rental and had it extended. And then I come to pick it up and I’m debating wether to call them out on it and prove to me I wasn’t forgotten about but I’m a single working two jobs mother who just wanted to return my rental and go home so I leave and my car is disgusting! Finger prints everywhere and what I’m guessin is sap all over it. My mother who came with me to help return the rental is telling me to tell them to wash it her vehicles are always washed after they’re serviced but again I JUST WANT TO GO HOME! So that’s my experience I’m not 100% on some things but I’m still completely annoyed with the whole situation but trying to be grateful for the positives like it was still under warranty More
